(250930) -- HULUN BUIR, Sept. 30, 2025 (Xinhua) -- Sun Yunmei (1st R) and her family make specialties of Russian ethnic group for tourists at the kitchen of her restaurant in Enhe, a Russian ethnic township in Hulun Buir City, north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, on Sept. 26, 2025. Sun Yunmei, a 63-year-old woman of Russian ethnic group, runs a tourism business in Enhe township, Hulun Buir City, utilizing her culinary skills in local cuisine.
One of Sun's specialties is the cheese bun, which combines traditional craftsmanship with innovative formulas. Another specialty dish of Sun perfectly blends potatoes with fried onions and is paired with patties made of beef from Hulun Buir. These traditional delicacies, which combine Russian and local flavors, reflect the cultural blending within her family.
